      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
      - Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to develop solutions for complex Public Sector challenges
      - Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines
      - Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend effective workflow changes
      - Champion and embed the company's cultural principles as the organization scales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
      - Enterprise SaaS experience and Government executive engagement preferred
      - Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
      - Experience supporting or working with technical products
      - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
