      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct structured literature reviews and synthesize findings into concise summaries and white papers
      - Draft research briefs, technical reports, and white papers aligned with public health best practices
      - Perform data analysis tasks, including descriptive statistics and regression analyses
      - Clean, manage, and analyze datasets using tools such as Excel, RStudio, or SAS
      - Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal leaders, clients, and community stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Policy, Sociology, or a closely related field; Master's degree preferred
      - 2-3 years of combined experience through internships, practicums, or research assistantships in public health
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; foundational understanding of statistical concepts
      - Demonstrated experience with public health research methods and strong communication skills
      - Ability to engage professionally with diverse populations, including underserved communities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous internship or applied research experience in public health or population health
      - Experience working with underserved or priority populations
      - Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
