What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in issuing purchase orders (POs) and monitoring production progress to ensure timely shipping
- Support invoicing processes for product and freight vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update PO, shipment, and payment trackers to monitor inventory data
- Set up SKUs in inventory management systems and ensure proper system integration
- Create and manage inner and master carton labels for compliance and operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of PO management, vendor invoicing, and shipment tracking
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
