      We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in EMEA at Czech Republic, United Kingdom or the Netherlands.

      Job Purpose:

      Evaluate, design, document, monitor, control and communicate Purchasing business processes. Identify new and alternative approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Purchasing processes in line with overall Procurement and DPDHL Group strategy, objectives, guidelines and policies.

      Your tasks:

      • Support definition of BPO methodologies and standards for process definition and notation.
      • Ensure quality across Purchasing master-list processes in alignment with defined BPO methodologies and standards for process definition and notation, including guidance and coaching to other team members for a consistent and effective application of the process excellence methodologies.
      • Evaluate existing assigned Purchasing processes.
      • Determine and outline Purchasing processes improvements. Make go/no go recommendations on assigned process changes including BCAs or design alternatives if needed.
      • Ensure process compliance with all related policies and ensure polices are updated accordingly.
      • Ensure process smooth integration with other related processes and handover points.
      • Coordinate Purchasing process improvements with internal stakeholders.
      • Oversee and direct all aspects related to the implementation stages of Purchasing process improvement activities.
      • Document all aspects of the creation and change of assigned Purchasing processes in alignment with defined BPO methodologies and standards for process definition and notation.
      • Analyze and monitor implemented changes to Purchasing processes and making adjustments as needed
      • Perform analyses on Purchasing processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management as needed
      • Develop Change Management and Trainings concepts
      • Identify business needs and ensure quality content for training on Purchasing processes
      • Prepare/update training document for assigned Purchasing processes

      Your profile:

      • 5 years of experience in Purchasing Business Optimization field.
      • Experience on BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) applied to large corporations at global level.
      • Experience on P2P (Purchase to Pay) process.
      • Experience in working with MS Office suite (Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Project), specially outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills.
