- Develops and maintains positive and fiscally sound relationships with suppliers.
- Develops, implements and monitors purchasing strategies which benefit the overall needs of the enterprise.
- Develops, negotiates, implements and tracks contracts with vendors.
- Performs strategic procurement activities, searching for the best deals and profitable suppliers.
- Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce overall organizational costs while consistently providing necessary resources in a timely manner.
- Develops, implements, manages and evaluates credit card usage throughout the enterprise.
- Oversees and manages the tracking systems of shipments, inventories and supply of needed goods.
- Audits and evaluates purchasing receipts to ensure the best usage of resources.
- Provides the CFO with timely and detailed reports monitoring credit card usage and purchasing trends throughout the enterprise.
- Understands the supply chain for key goods and services and ensures cost-effective procurement, storage and dispensing of goods throughout the enterprise.
- Ensures stock/supply optimization understanding external supply chain dynamics.
- Ensures quality control, adhering to the enterprise policies and procedures.
- Reviews and evaluates supply utilization to provide inventory access and controls.
- Negotiates with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Approves purchasing orders, confirming delivery of goods and services as needed.
- Controls the procurement budget, providing needed documentation for items purchased.
- Analyzes operations and effectively problem-solves issues, challenges and potential needs.

What you need:
You need a Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field, with experience in using supply chain management software and tracking tools OR comparable related experience.
