What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain hands-on experience with common U.S. commercial banking applications and integrations
- Understand and analyze payment rails, including ACH, Wires, and Real-Time Payments
- Utilize various test case design techniques and execute test cases effectively
- Manage client expectations and interact with clients to resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members while taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably Manual Testing
- At least 2 years of experience in the Banking domain, specifically Commercial Banking
- Proven experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking or Retail/Consumer Banking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ISTQB or similar certification
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment
