What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required
- No previous experience necessary; open to enthusiastic beginners
- Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with any testing tools is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
