      Job Title: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Quality Engineer

      Job Description:


      We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Quality Engineer to join our team. The BTP Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing a re-useable approach to BTP Test Automation. You will be expected to understand and analyze the requirements and procedures of BTP Testing and create, execute, and optimize BTP Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts. You will be operating from a 3rd party perspective and therefore must have excellent problem-solving skills and need to be able to field sufficient soft skills to work with other teams and people without causing friction.

      Responsibilities:
      - Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated framework
      - Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques
      - Analyze and understand BTP Testing Procedures and Requirements
      - Develop and execute BTP test plans, cases, and automation, including manual testing when required
      - Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues. This includes utilizing logging, monitoring, and other tools to provide information upstream.
      - Regularly revisit BTP test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality based on rapid release plans for a multitude of products.
      - Reporting on and documenting BTP testing status and results
      - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the use and troubleshooting of BTP services

      Qualifications (Required):
      - 5+ years of experience in Test Automation
      - 3+ years of experience in cloud platform testing
      - 5+ years of experience with Java or related programming languages
      - 5+ years of experience with test management systems
      - Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
      - Knowledge of Software Testing, Programming Languages, and Quality Assurance Principles

      Qualifications (Desired):
      - 3+ years of experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
      - 3+ years of experience developing and/or operating multiple BTP + extensions and services from the technical side
      - 3+ years of experience using Playwright with Java
      - 1+ year of experience working with LLMs and Building Agents to integrate with development workflows
      - Experience working in an agile DevOps environment
      - Experience operating in AWS, Azure, or GCP
      - Experience with automated reporting
      - Experience with ServiceNow, including building queries, automation flows, and dashboards.
