What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Validate source-to-target data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Execute standardized validation checklists to ensure data quality
- Identify and escalate data quality issues, discrepancies, and potential risks
- Correct data issues under the guidance of subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Document validation findings, exceptions, and resolutions clearly and thoroughly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in QA and QA validation
- Strong data literacy with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with enterprise-level or relational data environments
- Proficiency in Excel
- Clear written communication skills with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience supporting data migrations, system implementations, or large-scale data initiatives
- Familiarity with data quality, governance, or audit-style validation frameworks
