      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform quality audits for all standard QC, EPDs, FPDs, and target audits for various loan types
      - Accurately calculate income, assets, credit, and property reviews as part of the auditing process
      - Analyze AUS findings and manually underwritten loans for compliance and accuracy
      - Ensure re-verification activities validate information used in loan approvals and closings
      - Maintain regular and punctual attendance while multitasking in a flexible work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
      - Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience, including 3-4 years in processing, underwriting, and/or quality control
      - Full understanding of all product types, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with demonstrated analytical skills
      - Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize changing tasks

      - Familiarity with a variety of mortgage banking concepts, practices, and compliance regulations
      - Experience in a customer service role that enhances interpersonal communication skills
