      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead or contribute to the design and execution of rigorous research and evaluation projects
      - Apply qualitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data
      - Translate complex findings into actionable insights for client reports and presentations
      - Manage small to mid-sized project components, including planning timelines and liaising with clients
      - Mentor junior staff through regular feedback and training in research best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in a relevant field or a Master's degree with at least four (4) years of qualitative research experience
      - Experience conducting applied qualitative research or evaluation in health or human services contexts
      - Familiarity with designing qualitative data collection efforts and coordinating data collection activities
      - Strong technical writing skills with experience drafting reports and presentations
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a virtual environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working on research or evaluation projects for federal, state, or local agencies
      - Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal health programs
      - Proficiency in qualitative analysis software such as NVivo or ATLAS.ti
