What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with teams to execute enterprise-wide testing strategies and maintain test plans
- Design and document testing artifacts based on business requirements and technical specifications
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
- Generate and present test execution reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems/technology, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer or Analyst
- 5+ years of knowledge in software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox
- Tricentis/Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Professional - Tosca Testsuite)
- Experience with SAP and SaaS enterprise systems
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data validation
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with development teams
