What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases to ensure product quality
- Perform functional, regression, workflow, and end-to-end testing across EHR modules
- Validate data accuracy and coherence across multiple modules, including clinical and billing data
- Identify and manage defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring thorough documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product releases and UAT
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual functional testing
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for validating backend data integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
- Understanding of healthcare workflows or eagerness to learn domain-specific concepts
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with geographically distributed teams
