What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project teams to test coding changes
- Develop test scenarios and detailed test cases
- Execute tests and analyze results
- Identify discrepancies between actual vs expected outcomes
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing
- 4+ years experience creating test scenarios and test cases
- 4+ years experience with COBOL and JCL
- 4+ years running mainframe batch jobs and troubleshooting job errors
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience with mainframe environments
- Skilled in QA testing for legacy systems
- Comfortable working with COBOL/JCL batch processing
- Experience supporting government or healthcare systems is beneficial
