Job Description
- Req#: 31004
- Lead and support the UAT test phase for modernisation projects.
- Collaborate with users and various business areas to create and execute manual test cases.
- Develop and execute automation test scripts to increase test coverage and reduce testing time.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Zephyr for Jira, SQL Server, Postman, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or other automation test tools.
- Work with modernized applications (EBMS, SEBT, and C-CARE), API and Performance Testing (EASL).
- Learn new application functionalities and new automation tools like Tricentis TOSCA.
- Create automation scripts for ServiceNow applications (Customer Portal, Provider Portal, Worker Portal, HR Portal, and Legal Portal) and new modernization application C-CARE.
- Manual and Automation Testing: Proven experience in manual and automation testing as part of an Agile/Scrum project team.
- Tools Proficiency:
- Jira, Zephyr for Jira
- SQL Server, Postman
- Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, or other automation test tools
