  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and develop automated test cases to validate project functionality
  - Create manual test cases for exploratory testing, including both positive and negative scenarios
  - Execute tests according to timelines and report daily progress, issues, and risks using standard reporting tools
  - Log defects and conduct root cause analysis, collaborating with the Test Lead for proper defect categorization
  - Participate in Agile SDLC environment, contributing to metrics, reports, and tools using advanced data analysis tools
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 0-3 years of experience in software development with a strong background in QA engineering and testing
  - Strong knowledge of software automation tools such as Selenium, SeeTest, and HP UFT
  - Proficiency in Java programming and experience with test automation processes
  - Familiarity with QA processes including test planning, test case development, and defect management
  - Knowledge of working with multiple database sources, including AS400, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud/infrastructure concepts
  - Experience with front-end or back-end development is a plus
