      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Author the enterprise QA playbook, including checklists, severity models, and exit criteria
      - Implement automated checks for websites, landing pages, and CRM routing rules
      - Operate release gates ensuring each change has a documented rollback plan
      - Triage defects and lead Root Cause Analysis while maintaining quality trend dashboards
      - Produce job aids, quick start videos, and maintain compliance evidence with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8+ years of experience in QA/QA Operations or release/quality roles
      - Proficiency in web and landing page QA, including form handling and accessibility
      - Experience with MarTech/CRM QA, focusing on journey rules and lead routing
      - Knowledge of data QA practices, including freshness/completeness checks
      - Strong skills in Jira and Confluence, with effective incident communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with browser/device automation tools like Playwright or Cypress
      - Familiarity with Postman and SQL/Python for lightweight data checks
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and contact center QA
      - Experience with accessibility testing tools
