- Perform incoming inspection of components as needed working with daily output requirements.
- Documentation Management
- Drive process improvements and change by using/developing DBS skills.
- Perform Evaluation of Batch Records with a focus on regulatory compliance against GDP and FDA regulations.
- Release finished product for customer use in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 0+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with highly detailed information including document management-related activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment driven by ISO QMS standards.
- Exposure to QMS
- Working in an FDA Regulated Environment with a focus on documentation requirements
- Experience working within a global organization
- Audit experience
- Previous experience working with continuous improvement

The Quality Assurance Scientist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics at the Kentucky Facility is responsible for performing Finished Product evaluation of batch records and Incoming Inspection/Finished Product Release. The Job requires Strong Documentation management skills that focus on Quality with Key Performance Indicators and timelines.
This position is part of the Product Release Quality Control Department located in Florence, Kentucky and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time!
You will be a part of the Quality Control team and report to the Quality Control Manager at the Kentucky Manufacturing Facility and will be responsible for Quality Batch Record reviews and Incoming/Finished Product Testing.
