      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and support external manufacturing operations of global CMO partners
      - Provide mid-level QA oversight in accordance with business agreements and regulatory standards
      - Communicate issues, risks, and proposed solutions effectively within the organization
      - Assist with investigations, CAPAs, changes, and validation documentation
      - Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members within the quality department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a BS/BA in a scientific discipline
      - At least 5 years of related industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance, quality control, and compliance
      - Proven track record in investigations, deviations, change controls, and product quality complaints
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to follow assignments through to completion
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working autonomously with proven ability to meet deadlines
      - Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidance documents within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong decision-making capability and strategic thinking skills
      - Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
