What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support, training, and education to underperforming process servers based on key metrics
- Communicate directly with process servers, offering coaching and meaningful feedback
- Address and resolve questions and blockers from process servers
- Set clear expectations for performance and track accountability
- Collaborate with the recruiting department when additional coverage is needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in training and/or coaching
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a quality assurance role or similar position within the legal services industry
