      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site surveys for the Federal Long-Term Care Opportunity to Correct Program
      - Review and monitor compliance with policies and procedures within assigned program areas
      - Track and ensure deadlines are met for opportunity-to-correct surveys
      - Collaborate with QA Compliance Supervisor and regional teams to ensure coverage and support
      - Provide professional correspondence and updates to internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of job-related experience; or an Associate degree in a related field and five (5) years of job-related experience
      - Valid Georgia driver's license required for travel
      - Successful completion of all preparatory training, including the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within the first 12 months of employment
      - Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory review in a healthcare setting
      - Strong communication and documentation skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification(s) and/or degree in healthcare-related fields
      - Active certification for Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
      - Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations based on regulatory standards
      - Clinical experience in long-term care or licensed healthcare facilities
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
