      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate quality assurance activities, including tracking deliverables and maintaining documentation
      - Provide support for care management and care coordination functions, including outreach and documentation
      - Develop reports, spreadsheets, and communications for internal and external stakeholders
      - Schedule and support internal and external meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes
      - Collaborate with various units and external customers to facilitate quality initiatives as directed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare support role
      - Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare federal regulations, and AHCCCS policies
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational and analytical skills
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Behavioral Health and working with Tribal entities
      - Familiarity with behavioral healthcare delivery systems and member needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
