      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review course components during development to ensure content accuracy and compliance with established standards
      - Apply systems thinking to assess project scope and the impact of changes within the curriculum
      - Perform quality assurance reviews and maintain consistent content standards across educational materials
      - Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers to identify and resolve issues
      - Generate detailed reports on quality assurance findings and recommendations for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in curriculum, education, assessment, or a related field; Ed.D. / Ph.D. preferred
      - 3-5 years of experience in higher education quality assurance and curriculum development
      - Teaching experience in higher education and/or K-12
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) platforms
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated expertise in QA methodologies, educational technology, and learning theory
      - Quality Matters certification or similar credentials
      - Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and make strategic recommendations
      - Project management experience
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual setting
