      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and verify the presence of all required documents
      - Audit a minimum of 8 files per day while maintaining a 98% accuracy rate
      - Analyze calculations and verifications of income & assets, and evaluate credit reports and appraisals
      - Enter review results into the company's proprietary software
      - Mentor new hires or junior analysts as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent work-related experience, along with a High School Diploma or equivalency
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in conventional and government underwriting and Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the mortgage banking industry
      - Strong working knowledge of calculating and verifying income & assets, and evaluating loan documentation
      - In-depth knowledge of AUS systems, including Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter
      - Previous signing authority and manual underwriting experience required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quality assurance services in a multiple client environment
      - Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
      - Strong written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
      - Knowledge of all conventional and government underwriting guidelines for agencies
