What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and label proprietary risk assessment data while adhering to established standards
- Conduct daily quality control (QC) reviews and support process improvements
- Investigate and report quality issues, assisting in root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance
- Complete QC Analyst basic certification training and testing, making independent risk determinations post-certification
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and computer-based analysis
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex findings
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for U.S. Government security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior data analytics experience, certification, or training
- Fluency in multiple languages
