What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately enter inspection field reports into the Inspection Data Management systems
- Identify and investigate data issues to ensure quality and accuracy
- Participate in team meetings and align with the organization's annual goals and objectives
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deliverables and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain professional communication with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of data entry experience in an office setting
- Proficient in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to adhere to quality standards and ensure accuracy of work
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the inspection or asset protection industry
- Familiarity with data management systems
- Ability to work within time budget allocations for projects
- Experience in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality standards
