      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop project initiatives and performance measures for Quality Management to ensure positive outcomes aligned with corporate objectives and regulations
      - Analyze complex data to identify success factors and improvement opportunities, recommending solutions to meet strategic goals
      - Manage budgeting, cost containment, and strategic planning for project initiatives and interventions
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to promote clinical and operational improvement activities within the organization
      - Measure performance goals of Medicare STAR Program plans and report findings to management and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED required
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of five (5) years of professional business experience in a healthcare environment
      - Preferably five (5) years of managed care experience
      - Knowledge of project management methodology and healthcare management

      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
      - Proficiency in presentation skills and effective communication
