      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and resolve member and provider grievances and complaints in a timely and thorough manner
      - Conduct reviews of incident reports and provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with reporting requirements
      - Perform health and safety site reviews and monitor compliance within the provider network
      - Assist with investigations related to grievances and health/safety concerns
      - Provide backup support for HCBS Provider Self-Assessment and NC TOPPS activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field preferred
      - Minimum of two years of experience in quality management, data collection, and analysis, preferably within a behavioral health organization
      - Alternatively, a minimum of two years of experience in customer service or care within an acute care or hospital setting
      - Knowledge of North Carolina's public behavioral health and I/DD system preferred
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Meeting the requirements of being a Qualified Professional per 10A NCAC 27G .0104 preferred
      - National Certified Investigator & Inspector Training and Certification is preferred
      - Familiarity with Navex software products (PolicyTech, EthicsPoint) is a plus
