What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee quality and outcome initiatives within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Analyze and educate branch staff on clinical documentation to improve outcomes and meet standards
- Collect and analyze real-time quality data to identify best practices and performance improvement efforts
- Perform onsite visits to branches for group and individual training sessions
- Foster collaboration and communication among clinical and non-clinical teams to meet company goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist, preferred; must be licensed in all states of assigned territory
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in QAPI, clinical leadership, or education in home health or hospice
- Knowledge of OASIS and/or HIS/HOPE data collection required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook; adept at learning new software programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Homecare Homebase experience preferred
- Understanding of publicly reported quality and patient satisfaction metrics
- Excellent communication and people skills
