What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct various QA and monitoring activities to ensure quality standards are met by all Call Center staff
- Audit contact documentation for every call
- Review and assess Critical Incident Reports and safety plans for compliance
- Identify training needs based on call reviews
- Work closely with call center staff, clients, and stakeholders in executing deliverables and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in social work or social services
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in responding to reports of abuse regarding children, youth, or families
- Previous or current HHS Tier 2 security clearance in the past 2 years
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Office of Refugee Resettlement
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with unaccompanied children or refugee minors
- Trained in interviewing children
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in responding to crisis calls from children, youth, or families
