      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead or contribute to the design and execution of rigorous research and evaluation projects
      - Apply quantitative methods to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data
      - Translate complex findings into actionable insights for client reports and presentations
      - Manage project components, including planning timelines and liaising with clients
      - Mentor and guide junior staff in research best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD in a relevant field or a Master's degree with at least four years of quantitative research experience
      - Experience conducting applied quantitative health research or analytics
      - Familiarity with large datasets, particularly health-related data
      - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret analytic results
      - Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, including experience with statistical software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal health programs
      - Ability to document analytic methods and support reproducible research practices
      - Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information in a virtual environment
      - Proven ability to coach junior staff and foster inclusive team dynamics
