  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead and facilitate budget planning and execution for various R&D functions
  - Perform analytics on spending trends and resource utilization
  - Partner with Strategic Planning and Operations Leads to execute the annual budget plan
  - Liaise with finance to provide quarterly, year-end, and ad-hoc deliverables
  - Guide the contract management team on escalated procure-to-pay issues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Master’s degree and 3 years of biotech/pharma-related business operations/financial analytics experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  - Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools
  - Experience in project or budget management
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to thrive in a complex and matrixed environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Biotech/Pharma experience
  - Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
  - Familiarity with the drug development process and various R&D business units
  - Proficiency with enterprise tools such as SAP, Ariba, and Anaplan
  - Quick learner who is proactive and takes initiative
