ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a R&D Partnership Manager who will have the mission of drive “R&D Smart Eyewear Partnership ” inside R&D Smart Eyewear Organization. The main target will be: guarantee the execution of 5YP managing and looking at new external partnership in both open and closed innovation approach, manage relationship within EssilorLuxottica environment , evaluate new partnership , keep track of ongoing projects with partners.

AREAS OF RESPONSIILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

• Drive partnership: be responsible for resource allocation, budgeting , project portfolio ( handful ), investment decision.
• Evaluating new partner according to 5YP
• Discussing agreement with third party in the Smart Eyewear Ecossystem
• Report cross functional on all projects assigned.
• Scout new opportunity in the space of Smart Eyewear for next generation technology

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Good scientific background, able to sustain discussion on unknown technical field
• Having managed complex projects 50+ people, budgets sigle digit Million € ( plus if familiar with Due Diligence, and post acquisition process )
• Project Management skill for high demanding project ( 5M€ budget 50+ people )
• Solid track record of projects accomplished in hi technology environment
• Knowledge on different business culture
