      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Learn and understand all products in the assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations
      - Explain product options to customers and ensure they understand routine inquiries; make recommendations as needed
      - Identify multi-product needs and connect customers with relevant product specialists
      - Collaborate with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
      - Provide education and guidance to customers regarding retirement product solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience
      - FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66 (required to be approved to do business in all states)
      - Life license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
      - Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry
      - Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFP and/or CRPC certification
      - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and digital financial advice platforms
