  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Monitor and control project budgets, tracking actual versus planned spending and forecasting financial performance
  - Create and maintain project schedules using tools like Oracle Primavera, Unifier, or Timberline Gold, while analyzing schedule variances
  - Prepare regular reports on project status, including cost curves, milestone progress, risk exposure, and earned value metrics
  - Identify potential risks and recommend recovery plans to keep projects on track
  - Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of radar systems into existing infrastructure
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
  - Experience in program controls, systems engineering, or radar system deployment
  - Entry-level: 3+ years of experience; Mid-level: 5+ years; Senior roles: 8+ years, often with leadership or strategic planning experience
  - Proficiency in project controls software and strong analytical and communication abilities
  - Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with ASR, ATCRBS, and/or Mode S systems, and radar signal processing
  - Attention to detail and experience with earned value management (EVM)
