      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clinical case coverage and support for surgical procedures as assigned
      - Train surgical teams on best practices to ensure positive patient outcomes
      - Maintain and prepare surgical equipment and kits, including conducting Quality Control audits
      - Assist in the delivery of procedural training to physicians and medical staff
      - Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate inventory records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Clinical experience in a surgical environment
      - For Clinical Specialist II: 1-3 years of industry experience or prior employment as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company
      - For Sr. Clinical Specialist: 3+ years of full-time employment in a medical device company as a clinical specialist
      - Experience in surgical techniques and sterile procedures in the operating room
      - Willingness to travel up to 80% for job responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience utilizing fluoroscopy
      - Degree or certification in a medical-related field (e.g., LPN, RN, Surg Tech, Rad Tech)
      - Strong customer relationship and procedural skill development
      - Comfortable with the pace required to be successful in a start-up environment
      - Intraoperative coaching experience
