The purpose of this role is to provide a modern luxury service to Range Rover clients mainly in the UK. Supporting JLRs strategic transformation supporting client vehicle handover solutions directly from the manufacturing site at Solihull for Range Rover. The Range Rover Studio Venue Manager will be responsible for not just the standard of vehicles handed over, but the whole 360° handover experience, maintaining world class communications with our most decerning clients and Retailers as part of the UKNSC Peerless Handover Programme. Creating a step change in clients’ perceptions of the automotive experience.

Also responsible for ensuring vehicle preparation and timings adhere to client expectation. The Range Rover Studio Venue Manager will build a credible productive partnership with the operational business and this role is a great opportunity to drive strategic to the House of Brands approach and operational decision making.

This is a high impact role with senior exposure and engagement and will be an excellent fit for a high performing, driven individual who works well under pressure, and thrives in managing multiple stakeholders to deliver JLR’s transformation with modern luxury client experience at its heart.

As the Range Rover Studio Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

VENUE MANAGEMENT:

• Provide support to the venue team to deliver business processes and solutions and ensure that the team is managed effectively with service levels achieved to support a Modern Luxury client handover experience.
• Strategic and daily management of all fixed venue facilities to showcase the Range Rover supreme capability across every touchpoint.
• Managing developments that seek to realise the full scale and capacity of facilities in line with company aspirations.
• Monitoring and control of the quality of the venue facilities.
• Monitoring and control of the quality of the client experiences delivered.
• Maintaining a focus on Health and Safety and venue compliance to operating standards.
• Cascade of business measures and initiatives to senior leadership.
• Forecasting and reporting Venues performance.
• Identifying ways to improve venue viability liaising with internal and external clients to promote capabilities.
• Close liaison with the Manufacturing teams, particularly connected the vehicle rectification and preparation.
• Coordinate functional wide activities across the sub-teams to ensure consistency, transparency and quality of financial reporting in regard to vehicle handover charging and legal requirements for vehicle preparation reporting.
• Responsible for the upkeep of facility standards in the building including all client environments, arranging maintenance of equipment and scene setting. Key partners involved inc Meridian.
• Coaching and development of the venues team, supporting with training plans and mentoring to ensure a constant level of high performance leading by example.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Providing a tailored client halo experience that delivers on our clients’ individual needs.
• Hosting clients and guests to the Range Rover Studio ensuring a peerless handover experience.
• Ensuring all aspects of the client experience meets JLR’s Modern Luxury standards appearing effortless, and emotionally engaging and dependable. Building trust and confidence on the client offering.
• Supporting curated configurations, securing handover and configuration appointments and organising preparation of the vehicles alongside team members. Central to the everyday service operations and principal point of contact, providing support and assistance to both the Retail network and clients.
• Orchestrating the day-to-day event management of the Range Rover Studio to ensure that all runs smoothly.
• Producing detailed proposals for events.
• Maintain benchmark for standards of behaviour & dress. Delivering on JLR’s brand promise and exceed client expectations of luxury at every opportunity.
