      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a designated sales territory and grow business in existing accounts
      - Advocate for genetic diagnostic testing services to clinicians in hospitals and specialty clinics
      - Negotiate and manage contracts while expanding menu utilization in existing accounts
      - Develop and implement customer-specific action plans and deliver presentations
      - Achieve sales goals and maintain customer data in the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or in medical device sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
      - Experience using CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
      - Strong track record of sales success within a broad portfolio of laboratory testing
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong networking and relationship development abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Experience with a customer base within the designated territory
      - Formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
      - Expertise in demand creation in a large geography
      - Strong time and territory management skills
