      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of a patient-centric model involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals
      - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and key health systems
      - Provide education and support to healthcare providers advocating for rare disease patients
      - Execute strategic business and account plans based on local market conditions and brand plans
      - Navigate complex hospital settings to access targeted healthcare providers and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree AND 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical sales industry, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
      - Proven launch experience in complex and competitive environments
      - Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
      - Track record of sales success with quantifiable accomplishments and awards
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree preferred AND 6+ years of relevant experience OR PhD AND 4+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in rare diseases and calling on Key Accounts, COEs, and academic institutions
      - Previous start-up or market development experience
      - Endocrine experience strongly preferred
      - Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution and market access fundamentals
