      - Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the benefits and advantages of RAS programs
      - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on program benefits and troubleshoot issues
      - Maintain comprehensive records of support activities, including issue logs and service requests
      - Identify areas for improvement in current support processes and develop solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA in Business or a related field
      - Proven experience in support services
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      - Proficiency in utilizing office applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related support role
      - Familiarity with diverse ERP systems
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects
