      PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Include but not limited to:

      Deliver Results

      • Achieve agreed-upon targets in safety, quality, customer service, costs, and associate satisfaction/development.
      • Define and communicate performance goals for the value stream team, holding them accountable.

      Process Improvement

      • Develop and implement plans for process improvement, aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles.
      • Drive efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

      Morale and Employee Engagement

      • Foster an environment conducive to high morale, associate satisfaction, and performance.
      • Be highly visible to associates, creating a safe space for participation and problem-solving.

      Budget Adherence

      • Deliver performance within budget using a participative approach during the budgeting process.
      • Optimize resource allocation while maintaining financial discipline.

      Resource Alignment

      • Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the value stream.
      • Acquire the necessary people, technology, equipment, and financial resources to meet customer expectations.

      Coaching and Development

      • Provide coaching, feedback, and encouragement to associates and managers to promote growth.
      • Mentor developing Supervisors.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 4 year degree from accredited college/university and/or combination of education and experience
      • 5 – 10 years of supervisory or leadership experience
      • Demonstrated knowledge of world-class (Lean, Safety, Quality, Manufacturing)
      • Proven leader


      SALARY INFORMATION

      Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

      In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
