What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts receivable to maximize collections for RCMS clients
- Research and follow-up on medical insurance claims
- Prepare appeals and responses to interact with insurance carriers
- Drive the accounts receivable process to achieve KPI results
- Handle complex payer denials and ensure processing of secondary claims
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of relevant work experience preferred
- Prior experience on Veradigm PM preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to achieve goals set forth by RCM management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in revenue cycle management
- Proficiency in Veradigm PM
