      We’re seeking a RCM Manager to join our growing team.

      The RCM Manager – Decentralized Clinic Support is responsible for monitoring the performance of clinics that have transitioned to a decentralized revenue model. This position will also provide best practices, performance oversight, and corrective action plans to ensure strong financial outcomes and a positive patient experience.

      How you’ll make us better:

      • Provide hands-on coaching to clinic managers and administrative staff to strengthen execution in patient contracting, insurance filing, and collections
      • Monitor and assess clinic-level RCM performance, including patient collections performance, accounts receivable aging, contract acceptance and funding timelines, insurance claim filing, and follow-up metrics
      • Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming clinics based on data-driven insights
      • Create and distribute regular reporting dashboards with benchmarks and improvement targets
      • Identify performance risks and root causes, and propose timely solutions for corrective action
      • Train clinic teams on Smile Doctors’ RCM standards, workflows, and KPIs to ensure consistency across locations
      • Collaborate with centralized teams, including Finance, IT, and Compliance, to resolve systemic issues and align RCM strategy with broader organizational goals
      • Monitor for adherence to HIPAA, payer requirements, and Smile Doctors' internal policies

      Your special skills:

      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Ability to present financial data and impacts to non-financial audiences
      • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and external partners

      Prerequisites for success:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Finance preferred
      • Five (5) years of experience in a revenue cycle management position with a focus on multi-site or field level operations; dental or orthodontic industries in a decentralized or clinic-owned model preferred
      • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint
