When you join us as a RO Customer Service Representative, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

      You Will:

      • Answering incoming patient phone calls and billing inquiries regarding billed services from our East Coast and West Coast facilities in an efficient, friendly, courteous, tactful, calm and helpful manner.
      • Responding to patient general inquiries, information updates and billing questions while resolving problems and concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
      • Update patient demographics and insurance information as needed.
      • Upon obtaining information to facilitate claim payment, enter necessary insurance data and re-file claims with insurance companies.
      • Review patient accounts to determine why there is an outstanding balance and effectively explain the details.
      • Process payments over the phone from patients
      • Negotiate payment arrangements with patients.
      • Explain insurance company's explanation of benefits (EOB).

      • Genuinely passionate about customer service and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations
      • Able to demonstrate high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask
      • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for prioritizing work with a structured approach, and enjoy providing world class customer service

      To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Experience working in a high-volume call center.
      • Proficient computer skills including ability to type 30+ WPM
      • Knowledge of medical insurance processes, terminology and explanation of benefits (EOB).
