What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of credentialing operations tasks and procedures
- Maintain records on insurance contracts and provider credentials, updating internal tracking systems as needed
- Assist auditors and prepare reports related to credentialing processes
- Monitor vendor productivity and quality to ensure timely and accurate credentialing
- Complete and submit credentialing and re-credentialing applications while tracking processes with insurance companies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent technical/business experience
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
- Understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and standards related to credentialing and payer enrollment
- Proficiency in using software tools and systems for credentialing and maintaining accurate data
- Familiarity with information systems used in credentialing processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience coordinating and maintaining the provider enrollment and re-enrollment process
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes in credentialing and payer enrollments
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external vendors involved in credentialing
