What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive expected value out of target region/market across the Real Assets vertical
- Identify and qualify prospects through targeted networking and existing client relationships
- Develop and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities valued at over a million dollars
- Engage with prospects to align their organization around the value of the employer’s offerings
- Close Subscription and Services business exceeding half a million dollars in bookings annually
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative and value-based selling with a successful track record
- Experience in sales roles within banking, consulting, accounting, or financial technology, focusing on financial services firms
- Proven ability to engage clients in a value-based sales process
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude
- Domain expertise in real assets and growth capital firms, including pension funds and private lenders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales role within financial services, particularly with asset managers or investment banks
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the private capital markets
