      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business relationships with agents, real estate companies, and brokers to enhance sales
      - Create effective training programs to guide agents in customer acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure
      - Set and manage monetary goals for agents on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
      - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and increase sales
      - Conduct sales and training meetings, as well as attend trade shows to promote the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must currently possess a Kansas Designated Broker's License
      - Strong knowledge of Kansas real estate laws governing transactions
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and work experience
      - Proven relationship selling skills with strong consultative influence and closing abilities
      - Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and time management capabilities

      - Experience in selling agricultural and farm real estate
      - Demonstrated resourcefulness in developing business relationships
      - Ability to coach and train employees and contractors effectively
