• Conduct a thorough assessment of potential opportunities to identify qualified leads.
• Engage in negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the successful closure of each deal.
• Utilize CRM tools and market resources to track leads and monitor performance.
• Contribute your expertise as a Sales Representative to drive the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience (experience in Real Estate or Acquisitions is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and organized.
