      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exceed minimum KPIs of 2 contracts per week
      - Work warm inbound leads and aggressively follow up to maximize conversions
      - Uncover motivation, build trust quickly, and present clear solutions
      - Negotiate and secure signed contracts
      - Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and deal stages in Salesforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of high-performance sales experience
      - High-speed internet with a working headset and computer
      - Proven ability to close deals remotely
      - Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a commission-based environment
      - Extremely coachable and responsive to feedback

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Real estate experience is a plus (not required)
      - Previous experience in a performance-driven sales environment
