      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage all seller leads from initial contact to signed contract
      - Handle warm inbound leads and follow up on active and aged opportunities
      - Conduct property discovery to evaluate condition, motivation, and pricing strategy
      - Analyze market data and deal metrics to support offer positioning
      - Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure smooth communication with all parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be U.S.-based and available full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM PST
      - Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone
      - Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
      - Organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple deals simultaneously
      - Motivated by performance-based income and receptive to coaching

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales or real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory
